    ehhh...I'm over long ranger winter forecasts. They are usually terribly inaccurate in the east

    BTW

    The guy that Predicts this crap is used by Wall street to predict things like the cost of home heating fuel. They use his info to hedge there bets. We all know how accuate wall street is.

    Your better off throwing a bunch of chicken bones on the dirt and forcast the winter from that.

    Long term climate changes are unprdictable. However my left nut has been itching a bit and that means a snowy winter!

    it snows roughly the same amount of snow every year. the less it snows now, the more it snows later. not a big deal.

    Law of averages.

    ...and yes, most weather services (with the exception of NWS/NOAA) such as Accuweather and Weather.com have been accused of altering their long-term forecasts a bit. A) for the street, housing costs, etc... B) for their advertisers.
