My drive home was excruciating as I was relentlessly chewed a new asshole for suggesting, among these maggots, that the quality of driving of immigrant truck drivers nowadays is not as good as when Jim Bob the flannel-wearing country boy was behind the wheel. I can't even recall the context but apparently I really embarrassed myself with that one, and revealed my prejudice by ignorantly stereotyping immigrants. I'm pretty much expecting them to invite me to jam, so I've loaded my pockets with all my favorite picks.

So, how was the show? Did you get to stick around for the full deal?

No, we got kicked out. It was a cool, they played 4 songs after their soundcheck. They are pretty tight, their sound rocks live. Unfortunately I ruined any chance of being invited on stage when I asked between songs that they use the VH1 Storytellers format. Then during the meet and greet I made a crack about their poster being a Bauhaus ripoff...and then how my girlfriend's hot friend tried to hookup with the lead singer but he snubbed her...nary a laugh. I'm pretty much a massive tool in the eyes of the band members.
