    Shop in DC/Northern VA

I searched, but couldn't find much, and definitely nothing recent.

So, has anybody had good or bad experiences with shops in this area?

Basically, I need to get a pair of Sumos mounted (will likely involve brake bending), and I'm looking for someone who won't screw it up. I've been to both Ski Center in DC and Ski Chalet by Tyson's, but neither inspired much in the way of confidence -- but that may just be the skeptic in me.

Ski Center's the best shop in the area imo, but as far as bending brakes I dunno. I guess just be direct and ask 'em.

I got a pair of brakes successfully bent for my Spats at Ski Chalet in Gaithersburg, but I have no idea if that tech is still there.

Ski center is a good place and I have had good results with their service and tuning in the past. They might try to sell you a fat brake. But even if they are like Naa. You could do your own bend once they are mounted. the video seemed pretty straight forward.

Where did the shop in Tyson's go? Used to be near Clyde's. A buddy of mine used to manage it. I stopped by when I was in the area, looks like they moved?
