Janak Mount

I am about to mount a pair of '07 Atomic Janaks with Freerides. Does anyone know if the boot center line on the Janak is the same as the Sugardaddy? I'm guessing that the Janak line may be a cm or two forward since they are technically Tele boards but am not sure.

mebbe measure the length from the line to the beginning of the tail?
i mounted some helidaddies with freerides a while back that I was very happy around 75cm'ish on the 180s

They are the 183's. I'll check the length. Thanks for the info.

Anyone have a pair of 183's mounted AT? Did you go on the line?

I'd go +1 or +2, if they are the same as the Teledaddies. I mounted my GF's at the line with NX01's and they seem a bit too rearward.

I have last year's Janak mounted with Comforts on the line.

They ski great.

Atomics in general seem to be happier with a forward mount, might have something to do with the beta core and the fact that the standard bevel is 3:1 but I could just be talking out of my ass(probably)

I'll second that. Also some of my friends have similar thoughts considering the wider Atomics.

I have 05/06 Big Daddies as tele and have mounted +3cm forward and the ski absolutely rips. If would always ski waist deep or more

would have perhaps mounted only +1 or +2cm..
