hehe funny that everyone here likes bayern münchen. Nobody does in Germany.

im not really into football (no, not handegg. im talking about football)
but since im from Cologne i MUST like the FC (spell Äääff Zeehhh. And no, not with an english zeeee). It's a genetic thing here.
Franz will know this club since it was the home of his brave Polster for a while.

    Countries and players:
ahm well i don't know. germany would be to obvious.....

and a player. Well the Cologne breed: Poldi of course.

and trainers: of course "coke nose" Christoph Daum

edit: i just saw how moronic the two "here" n the first line sound. you get he point i guess, but i'll change it

    Deutschland

Eintracht Frankfurt (My wife is from Fulda) (full-time losers)

    Klose; Frings; Ballack; Ronaldinho

"Everyone" who likes the Bundesliga, likes Bayern Munchen. ...or, they are loved to be hated. They are certainly the most commercial club in Germany. ...The Dallas Cowboys of the NFL.

    1. England, though France and Italy are more entertaining/less painful to watch.

    2.

    3. Henry or Ronaldinho I guess.

    Nice, Arno!

    My turn:

    1. England (of course)

    2. Liverpool (for ever)

    3. Steven Gerrard (a god)

.... But I also like to just look at Freddy Lungberg for different reasons

I grew up in München (Thalkirchen, then Solln) living there when the BRD won the WC in '74. Beckenbauer, Müller, and Maier were all keys to that victory, and all members of the local Bundesliga Team: Bayern München. At the time 1860 was in a lower league, and was kinda like the NY Jets or Mets - the favorite team of the Busdrivers, Factory Workers, and Garbagemen.

The reason why nobody outside München likes BM is for the same reason they don't like the city - they're fucking JEALOUS.

Won it?! You stole it from us! That cup belongs to the golden generation of Cruijff, Neeskens etc.

That game still is the biggest football trauma of the Netherlands... (and we have many)

Heh - Cruijff actually got red-carded years later ('79) when he played against Beckenbauer in the US. I was at that game - Washington Diplomats vs NY Cosmos.

I don't like them since they won the European Champions Club' Cup against St Etienne in 1976. Thanks to a square scottish goal crossbar !
I was 10 and was devastated.
    Some things can't be forgiven.
