Yeah, I don't work. For the past few years, I have sat behind a desk at school for about 7 hours a day, not to mention the multiple hours of nightly homework. And with all that, I still fit in 2 hours of swim practice 6-7 days a week and no, my parents don't make me go, I swim completely of my own accord.
I imagine that if people would take the time that they spend sitting around at home doing nothing and convert it to walking/jogging/swimming/cycling time, they would see a dramatic change in their lives. I don't care how many responsibilities you have, I garuntee you that you have an hour or two a day that you spend sitting around and watching TV and the like. Here, buy an exercise bike/rowing machine and do that while you watch TV.
But feel free to disregard my opinion. Afterall, I'm only eighteen and have no life experience. On the otherhand, I'm not the one who needs advice on not being fat.
