I totally agree! Used to do Patsy Marley from Brighton all the time in the early 90's when I worked at Brighton. Doesn't really count.

I ski and snowboard - 50% each. Skiing a slope with no snowboard traffic is a very nice experience. I don't think anyone can deny the snowboards set up the snow adversely different (for skiing), than just ski traffic. So if operators want to offer the best skiing experience possible - all the power to them. It's only 4 locations. Shoot, maybe skiers of the world should be pissed at Jake Burton for not putting out awesome SKI equipment - I mean what's up with that, you're using public infrastructure to produce just snowboard stuff. Maybe someone should put a bounty on "collecting" Burton snowboards until Jake starts producing SKI equipment. It's a marketing campaign! A shitty one at that. That being said, who wouldn't want to be Jake Burton; Life Style, an awesome business, and a little cash....
Ok, maybe I'm just a little pissed that those damn cool Burton Snowboard pants are either too short on me, or the waist is 6 inches too big (I'm a firm believer of not showing off my boxers in public - old school).
No way, savvy?
Taos gave in to the tremendous pressures exerted upon them by Burton. The other three will fall shortly
Hahah what is the whistling in the Taos clip? Is that patrol, the boarders or part of the song? I laughed hard at that. Spraying snow on beginners is pretty retarded. The Alta poach was lame as well, 100 foot runout to the base, wow.
After watching DK Alaska's vid, I think we should go the opposite way and start to ban snowboarders from mountains. Start with Squaw and Alpine then Jackson, Snowbird , Whistler etc., the skiers should reclaim all these areas. Maybe we'll have good bumps again.
Otis totally "pooched" MRG last weekend.... He'll even take his $5000 in biscuts.

This one made me laugh. At least they had a sense of humor.

People who hack snow hack snow. It doesn't matter what they are on. The mountain is a better place open to all. Anyone who wants better bumps, well I can't argue there. To me bumps suck no matter how they are shaped.
It's not the bumps that suck...it's the people on the bumps that suck. Just like no bad ski days just bad equipment!
