Watched the game in village square this afternoon and what a great time! The crowd was electric, and the Blue Rodeo concert afterwards was awesome. A very good way to finish off the games.
I feel like I really missed out by not taking the trip to Vancouver and joining in the revelry. :( I should have sacked up and taken the time off work

What the fuck was that!?! Downhill right after Shatner.. Cheesy, tacky and embarrasing. Every time the camera panned to shots of the athletes the look was solid disbelief mixed with pure embarrasment.
It still had it's good parts.. Neil Young was a solid win, as was the "fixing" of the cauldron at the beginning.
