7 baths? I'd get lost stocking the tp.
We chip all the staff, so don’t worry. Someone will get you on daily final sweep...
I'm not sure if it's there to plug the realtor, but the last photo on Zillow made me laugh. When I'm browsing million dollar homes, the first thing I always look for is whether it's convenient to a strip mini-mart.

TP use is dramatically reduced.
Same architect that did my buddy's house and rolling huts: https://olsonkundig.com/projects/delta-shelter/
If that is your buddy's house he should of invested in a bigger lot.
ha. yeah. a long time ago. I lost a bet and had to wear a Yankees hat for an entire weekend at the beach and I've never been allowed to forget it. I forgot a picture had even been taken, and then at Christmas I got it as a "gift" all blown up and framed.

If I ever won the lottery (fuck, should probably buy a ticket) I would 100% have Olson Kundig design a house for the Rootskier family.
x2; except not for the Rootskier family :D
Tom's an old friend. Many an interesting conversation about what it's like to have that kind of juice in the architectural world. He's also a good skier, though don't think he gets up much anymore.
He used to show up in the Valdez zone during prime time.
So i guess he has seen snow. Why would you build a house with uncovered metal stairs where it snows?
