new bulletins are awesome!
So which mags dog jumped in my car and ate my leftover hashbrowns at the trailhead at Bow Summit on Saturday?
BTW That dog is rad. I can't believe she still ate with all that hot sauce on them....
^LOL..too funny. Where there alot of people there on Saturday? Driving up to work today, looked like a fair amount of tracks up there.
Ran into two other parties of two. Not too busy. It was also bony as hell.... Was at a party in Canmore Friday night and decided to hit that on the way home. Going to the Pass Saturday. Rave reviews floating around town about last Sunday.
tickets at the dor for MSP
MILF's on the pond, btu I had it all to my self this AM from 10-11ish
agents in the house at Soul we can order if we dont have the right size/model for you. Talk to Jr.
All I Can tonight at the Golden Cinema. Times have changed a bit, looks like a 6pm show and an 8:30pm show (tickets at the door). The Gentlemen's Leisure Club of Golden will be there with some dope prizes and funds going to support their good cause.
Can see what they are trying to do.... get Avi info to the masses in a quick and easy manner...... And they have done a good job on that front.
Do you think they'll post all the missing info somewhere else?
what about the link to profiles pdf on the bottom of the page? it takes you here: http://avalancheinfo.net/Parks/Glacier/Profiles/
If you click "Show Weather Stations" then click on the individual station (windsock icon) from the map you can still pull up the temp and snow pack data. You just have to zoom in on the map first for the option to show up.

What is "Gentlemen's Leisure Club of Golden " ? Sounds like a strip club.
And their cause is ?
I found the commentary / descriptions in the old bulletins useful - hopefully the current 1-2 lines are expanded as more snow falls & as more happens.
Looks like the Pacific Ocean is gonna be dropping by for a visit tomorrow and freezing levels are dropping. Don't forget to post massive stoke on Monday to torture my pathetic mcflattown ass.
Thanks, I see the weather stuff now. Although it must be the automated station data without the benefit of being screened by a live person, because the Rogers and Fidelity snow pack numbers are whacked.
I also liked the more in depth commentary, hope it returns.
We'll get used to the new bulletins, just not sure if there was anything wrong with the old ones, others than a lack of graphical glitz.
Roadhouse is closed, no strip club in Golden. Yet.
The Gentlemen's Leisure Club of Golden is a non-profit formed by a few friends of mine to promote the community. Article in the local paper.

Roadhouse is a hostel now isn't it? What's the diff, no bull dykes talking up the half naked pretty girls?
The word is that they'll still be providing the write-ups to go along with the bulletins. I'd imagine that the public safety folks and forecasters haven't been out much yet.
Some of the official press conference
my head's in that. way to spell Bruce's last name wrong too.. sheesh.
Not to derail where this thread is going or anything, but I'll be in Blairmore for the winter. Any mags out at Castle or Fernie? Bringing touring and camera gear with me. Turtle Mountain looks really cool.
I was in Lethbridge last year, there's a bunch of touring down in Waterton, mostly off the Cameron Lake road. A good number of splitboarders in the area you'll likely run into. I think they've done some touring around Blairmore.
Marmot Tranqualizer 500 update. Skiing deeper on the sides of the run than the reported 25 cm manmade base suggests. Warm temps and a few cms of fresh made for... dare I say it?... EPIC opening day conditions. Main chair of 3 broke down at 3 and had to be run on deisel to get everyone off. Currently puking but we need a good 20 plus cms to get the natural runs open. Crazy busy for such limited terrain.

Find some one with a sled. Lots of great turns in the pass area. Most of which you can't get to with out one.
In regards to jetskis post, the 15 from yesterday should help. Another night like that and the upper mountain could be a possibility.
^^^^ Web cams show cats in the upper mountain so I'm thinking 3-5 days for the usual bony opening. We should just PM each other Weibo as I think we are the only Marmot skiers here... or that care. Its just not very rad here and there are no pros:fm:
I did see a level 3 instructor on slope yesterday destroying the groomers.
^Please keep posting Marmot info here...I have never skied there and am waiting for word for when it's worth the 3 hour drive to come up there rather than spend the time driving to Rogers Pass :fmicon: Seriously though, I would like to come up there on an epic day....when it's better than stopping some where along the Parkway, or better than driving an extra hour west of there :fm: :fm: No serious this time...I DO want to check it out and appreciate the updates. Just waiting for a base :nonono2: :the_finge Sorry, I can't help it...FUCKING turrets  GRETZKY
Sounds like your doing better than Scumshine though, at least your open up there.
