Hayes warranty beta?

Trying to decide whether I'm going to need to spring for a stand-in for a brake that is getting sent to Hayes. I'm having PTSD flashbacks from sending X2's into the black hole that is Fox. Anybody with experience? Is Hayes Fast? Slow? Never?

I've never sent anything in to them, but had a shop deal with them for a bad Sun hub, and it was pretty quick. That was during the height of Covid shortages too. The shop said Hayes group is usually very good about warranty stuff, so I'd guess it should be a relatively painless process for you if they haven't changed a ton in the last couple years.

Same - dealt with the Sun folks and they were super responsive, got me stuff within days.</p>
