Be patient w the emails, Tim wants to do business, but am sure he gets overwhelmed w emails and in person duties. Tim is a good dude and great seller, but he is only one guy. IME waiting a couple days and send another email during business hours, M-F. I have purchased 3 or 4 times in the last couple years, skis, binders, and mounted skis. One pair of skis (unmounted in wrapper) had concealed damage and he made it right w Nordicas cooperation so I ended up w an even better deal.
