Dyslexic or regular function of magnets? Bullets are fired, casings are ejected. If we're going to armchair the semi-pro status or motive of the shooter, we should sound like we know what we're talking about. The plane doesn't take off.

We’re all arm chairing here. My comment was from hearing the press conference and them describing him “clearing multiple jams”. There are 2 ways to eject a chambered bullet, pull the trigger or rack it to pop out the round. But you know that.

Reports now make my comment obsolete because they now know the gun required manual chambering and he was wasn’t clearing jams.

You can eject a casing or a complete cartridge or round containing a bullet by racking. The messages were written on the brass/casing.
