So on size 26, "M" will work for a lot of people and therefore the S/M size will be fine for them. But, to play it safe, get the M/L.

I can't imagine a scenario where someone in size 26 would use an "S" (I don't think it even gets around that size cuff correctly), so grab an "M/L" and you'll be totally covered.

Apparently I’m wrong. I was under the impression you mount with the two holes. So maybe mounting with one hole and shifting it over gives you the two options.

Looks like a few first gen versions with one pair of mounting holes are still floating around. No matter, it's still the same front area that is same and will continue to be the same in the future.

23/24 straps have two sets of mounting holes in the rear of the strap: S/M and M/L. M is the same for both.

24/25 straps allow for all 3 sizes to be selected. But again, the front area is same (for all generations).

If there is a first gen version with one pair of mounting holes, just make new ones where you want. The strap will function and fit the same as the current & future generations.

Thanks Golden & Matt, seems like with the one set of mounting holes the strap sits in pretty much the same place as the stock strap on my boot (Hawx Prime) so hopefully should be good.

My straps just arrived, and I have them on my Tecnica Mach 1s. The holes lined up pretty well with the holes in the existing strap. I took the existing power strap from my Mach1s and moved them to my touring boots (Scarpa Maestrales). Should be a nice upgrade across my boot quiver.

As was said earlier in the thread, the Dual Straps come as a pair. What's strange is that I asked one of the support people on the Atomic website, and they said that they came individually, so I'd have to buy two of them? That doesn't even make sense, as you'd have to buy left/right independently.

Anyway, looking forward to seeing how they ski.

Has anyone tried these on Salomon S/Max shells? I can't figure out the best way to mount them with the S/Max's different power strap mounting (for those unfamiliar, it actually mounts inside the shell in the back and the shell wraps around a lot more than normal on the inside of the leg)

This inside routing didn't really work with the Dual Strap (it could, but I'd have to punch new holes in the boot and in the strap, which I only want to do if I know it will work). In order to get the dual to sit properly on the shell and the liner I had to put the dual strap at the very top of the back of the shell. If it's lower, the angle makes it so elastic over the shell in the front was loose.

I skied with it in the high position the past two days and the back of my leg is killing me at the exact point where the top of the shell is - so I'm guessing the top of the shell is getting folded into my calf. Note that I did just mount with velcro in the high position, so maybe that played a part? I don't know. If I could flip them upside down so the cam was on the low side instead of the high side I think the alignment would be perfect, but obviously that won't work.

Anyone have any ideas? I love these power straps, used them on promachines last year and really want to make them work.

ETA: Woke up this morning with almost no pain, so I think that further confirms my theory meaning it was from pressure and not a strain.

Does anyone know if the “45mm Professional Strap” is an update/replacement for the “dual strap”?

Has anyone tried both that can compare the two? I have the dual strap on my Hawx XTDs and had planned on putting a pair on my Backland XTDs this winter too but all of the dual straps are out of stock.

The 45mm Professional Strap is better suited for non-Redster boots (in my opinion). They will jive with the cuff circumference and buckle placement better than a Dual Strap version.

Thanks for the quick answer ONK! Any advice for sizing between the two lengths?
