So apparently they have a camera that shows evidence of a player stepping out of bounds during a Chicago challenge but because not all stadiums have this camera, it's not allowed to use that view. I get that bears suck and all but how many different ways can we get fucked. I'm kinda surprised it's not more of a blowout right now.
