Beater Group Awards Ceremony - Who Can't Ski???

Hey Maggots

Strong showing this year. We will for sure have several passes to award out. Depending on how it all plays out, we could have one or two full passes or several base passes. I'll do the math once we get confirmation from the overlords and start identifying awardees.

So, same policies as previous years. We are looking for some Maggots who have fallen on harder times and would otherwise not likely be skiing this coming winter*. It could be any number of things. Loss of job, disruptions in everyday life, recovering from illness, or injury or addiction. You do not need a dramatic story. You can nominate yourself or you can nominate others. It does not need to be publicly posted. You can share details or not. I am looking for input from the community, but I will need to make the final call.

* Or have already bought a pass, and then shit happened. We can help get your money returned.

If you are not aware of this program, you can send me a PM, but basically, I will have some passes that can allow you to schuss at several locations.

Looking for contributing members of our community only. You do not need to be one of the OGs who migrated from Powder, but if you have a join date of today, please do not clog my inbox. If you only post in Gear swap or PolliAss, this is not for you.

We will have a few months to hash out the details, so just getting this started. And thank you to everyone who contributed to this program. It is really one of the things I love about this place. I'm not a social media guy, but this forum kicks some ass when it comes to creating a virtual community. A big shout out to all the maggots who have helped me along the way.
