Is it an equally easy swap on the Lexus CT200h? They're finally starting to show up at reasonable prices but often with really high miles but in seemingly great shape otherwise.

I would assume, same architecture, but I'm sure a youtube DIY would have the answer if you find one you like.

Thanks, all. I know several prii owners who have very high mileage w/o battery issues, but haven’t considered if their good experience was the norm.
Butt safety first!!!
I've been really happy that I have a full 8' length a few times now. The 48.2" width is a bonus because I rarely move full plywood sheets. I wish the tailgate opening was 4' high so I could put mt bikes in with the front wheel on. If/when I replace this thing that's a primary requirement.

Hybrid sienna update. While the middle row seats aren't (easily) removable, if I slam them all the way forward, I (5'9") can sleep comfortably behind them. And I mean properly behind them, not with my feet between them.
There are some cleats and bumps in the floor that require a decently thick pad / mattress to cover, but otherwise, it was a decent place to sleep.

shoulda gone with the blue tarp...
fact.
Yup
This tracks with my experience too. Would it be nice to be able to remove (or fold away) the middle seats? Yes. It would also be nice to have an option for a smaller center console or to be able to remove it entirely but other than that, I don’t think I have any complaints with the Sienna.
Traveling for work and all they had left was a 2025 Pacifica, <1000 miles. Interior is super comfy and it has carplay, so it's been a fine vehicle for my needs. Man, the transmission is a dog in this thing though. I'm in the Smokies and it's always hunting for a gear.
Agreed on that. Only other complaint I'd add is that I want the rear suspension to be stiffer. When the van's loaded down and there's 4 bikes on the hitch, the rear end rides pretty low. It looks like there are finally some airbags on the market that fit gen 4 Siennas, so that's probably on my to-do list.

Sorry for the fucked up way TRG reacts to my using the phone. What I said was, "So, nothing's changed since 1993? After sending 2 back to Chrysler under 2 different states' Lemon Laws I vowed to never, ever buy another Mopar product."

I had the same experience when I rented mine (Caravan) about a year ago. Seemed fine, not sure I’d buy one though.

Yeah these ChryCo trannies are always searching for a way to upshift and it seems to try the hardest when the motor is approaching it's happy place. I put it in the gear I need for the situation otherwise the under-drive unit takes over. It's like a half gear down which is great for gradual hills and more mundane needs but lets it search for upshift opportunities. From what I understand nobody has cracked Chryslers transmission tunes since the old 41TE.
At long you you guys don't start ducking each other, it's all good
Brandine: Now Cletus, if I catch you with pig lipstick on your collar one more time you ain't gonna be allowed to sleep in the barn no more!
Cletus: Duly noted.
