Notaries can and do get sued for both whether they’re doing a good job good and for the conduct or misconduct of the transaction they’ve notarized. If the notary is fulfilling their function at a financial institution, that financial institution is a nice juicy target for same. It’s a risk, is all. They should be cool and help you out because that’s cool. But nobody thanks them for providing the service for free or for a nominal charge. Case in point: if Chase simply told you they don’t provide notary services you’d have been far less annoyed with them.

That espn, fox sports and upstart sports networks cw and usa won't show CFL games. they'll show ufc, obscure womens pro softball and 30 for 30s but you can't put on CFL games which are all prime time games. i'd watch CFL games before even a lot of MLB games, especially the AL west.

A turkey vulture decided to projectile vomit across my side yard (my guess would be cuz my dog was probably harassing it). Before I go on vacation last week my boss and I discuss a much needed/deserved raise and "agree" on a number. I come back from vacation and it's become a slightly lower number, he didn't say anything and I found out by checking my paycheck. First day back he comes up to me a tells me that there's a bunch of stuff to do to catch up. No shit, I wasn't here and my assistant (that he chose) doesn't do that shit because he's a trust funder that doesn't need to work. Efficient concretejungle is no more and "work my wage" concretejungle is more than a bit angry.
