funny thing is, Wyo changes the plate design every 8 years and next year is the new one. They adjusted to allow for 5 characters a few years ago which makes this NZGUL one viable.

Next year, nope. Tough shit. Back to 4 characters, the old P and T designations over the state Bison logo.
