The sun came out today and made for a nice little pm tour.
And the summit view wasn’t too bad either.
Best part was that the woods were in on the descent, but no pics of that.

No pics, but Magic was money today. 100% open and the steeps skied exceptionally well.

Happy trails @singlecross ! Watch out for smokies!
Cannon skied well last weekend.
Looking ahead... Wet![]()
I <heart> hot tele-moms
took my AIARE 1 course with SMG this weekend, had an absolute blast. Prime conditions on Saturday comin' down the Sherb, top to bottom in play! It was definitely damn cold up on Mt. Washington but the recent snow gave us some good depth to dig pits and make observations; low danger for skiing so we were able to poke around a bit and ripped Main Gully in Gulf of Slides on Sunday; that was my first time over there and it was sweet.

In another corner of the Magic Triangle is Hickory Ski Center, opened for the first time in eight years this weekend. It was memorable...

Skied in the ice fog at Stratton today. 2" of snow with an interesting and manageable ice crust led to some fun times. We looked like glazed donuts and called it a day shortly after lunch because we were soaked but also tired - high speed lifts + ski on = many runs very quickly.
