I saw this in the Whistler Pique and had to laugh at the overall Canadian-ness of it:

B.C. snow shovelling acquittal appeal dismissed
The case hinged on whether the sidewalk need to be totally clear of snow and ice.

We got hammered by a storm here yesterday

    90 - 100 km gusts for 4 hours.

    100,000 people without power.

I'll be lucky if I get power back by the weekend.

Our power came back in the middle of the night. I've never heard winds that loud. Cleaned some trail after the last event. It must be an awful mess now

I was pretty happy, I only had 4 or 5 big trees on my trails last week
I suspect it will be much, much worse this week.

still no power, supposed to come back on tonight but I think it'll be at least tomorrow.

Luckily I was checking on things during the storm, I almost lost a tarp shelter. I got it strapped down after it had moved a foot, if I hadn't noticed I would have at least lost the tarp, if not the whole thing.

4 or 5 is pretty good. I wanted to go check out mvp and penniac but got tied up today. I'm guessing its pretty ugly. I figured i had a head start on penniac after the last one.
Looks like power is starting to trickle in. A see a few more rural areas back on the grid. Hopefully you're back on soon

Just wana point out if the st Bernard was consenting there was no crime of rape which would be hard to prove otherewise and any good lawyer would use this defense in court

I never imagined I would be ok with disrespecting any PM regardless of what party but here we are.
The MSM doesn't show it but he gets this almost everywhere he goes.
