So come on out to ski in Roxbury. Should be a fun day. As always.
So you get smarter when you retire?? Another incentive to move the date in.
And that's a pretty cool tradition you have right there. Happy birthday in advance.

Doubtful I get smarter. Just saying that when you don't have a job it makes even less sense to do stupid shit with money.

Love Plattekill there is nothing like it.

Well you’re smart enough not to post this offer in the upstate thread. Those guys would bankrupt you for sure.

So up at K today, given the recent weather shenanigans, it's a decent early November. The expected mix of ice firm, covered with some new manmade that gets scraped off of anything steep. Wasn't a bad day, but man, what a
    year to be a skier.

On another note, someone stopped to comment on the Heritage Labs I was on, and due to a total lack of thought, didn't even think to ask for change till they skied off, so if you resemble that, sorry.

Dirtbag Demo van of very used skis to demo or swap for soup in VT next week. I’ll be back next month too. Will get to Que, NH and ME with some more Wegmans country, daks and Berkshires before March. I have too many pairs of skis. Would love to give them away, loan them, sell them for cheap. Not pictured are very Swiss cheesed Asteroids 186, OG Cochise 185, Doberman GS 192

Inspired by what someone did out west with more desirable skis IIRC

Not handing skis off to Newbies. Neurosurgeons and investment bankers would not be interested in my skis. They’re for, dirtbags, old farts, borderline vintage equipment aficionados. Let’s make some turns in the Green Mountain State, wherevah

Bring that show to Plattekill on a day that I’m there and there’ll be a genuine original ski tote in it for you

Haha bucket, yea. Over the years Saturday's have been the most expensive. Friday's the cheapest.

The biggest bill, in 2017 we came in, had a beer, and then it started absolutely dumping snow. We couldn't resist, I headed back out, without really shutting down the tab.

We called it the reboot, first time in my life I skied more after taking off my boots. Awesome day:

Thanks Indy, yesterday was fun on nonstop empty groomers at Waterville Valley. 18 runs in 3 hours and I was good. Bubble was key when checking safety protocols.

My dad and my brother live there full time. I usually go and use my 2 Indy days there and stay with my dad. Yes, you can stack some vert pretty quickly when it's not crowded. Groomer zoomer heaven most weekdays.

Yea the image looks live, but the date was messed up. I didn't realize there was anything on the ground.

Looks like the NWS love is spreading north with the storm. Need a Monday destination!

Car pool alert. I have the Indy Pass for this season and since this is a southern storm decided to check out Berkshire East - first time. Anyone interested? Leaving southern ME at ass crack of dawn. Let me know if ya want a lift or see you on the hill. Day trip only.
