Not my sale but seems like a good deal for a short king looking for a Meridian. Shop is legit and they ship anywhere in the states.
2018 Moment Meridian 117 w/ Fritschi Vipec 12 A/T https://classifieds.ksl.com/listing/74103413
So my one day countach review. Lake Louise, great groomers conditions and thick 3 day old powder in the back bowls:
Damp. Playful. Directional yet not? Does not care what the snow is, wants you to lean in and charge. But if you don’t want to, that’s also okay?
I’ve never ridden any other moments but my god these skis are good. I had a lot of trouble in the morning because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I just decided to feel the ski and let it work its own line out and boy that was the right choice.
Also there is no speed limit. None. I’m 220lbs, probably 225 after all the beer last night but holy fuck I was flying. Stability is 10/10. Edge to edge is insanely quick for a ski this thick.
Love love love love love this ski. It also showed me where I’ve been fucking lazy (steeps, hop turns in chunky shit) but didn’t destroy me for it.

Speaking of meridians. They slayed Breckenridge other than the icy patches.

Wish 104 at Breck. Slayed.
Skied mine yesterday for the first time. Holy grip!!! The rail hardpack, yet have that familiar, drop the edge and let it slarve if you want that the regular DW has. Super fun ski!!

Anyone have a good amount of time on the two moment skis I haven’t really spent time on? Trying to decide between a kitty 101 or a DW 104.
I skied PBJs for 4 seasons and then grabbed DW 112.
Still ski them all with commander 98 mixed in for some extra spicy times.
What’s your question?

Trying to figure out a playful off piste capable low tide ski. Trying to decided which would work better in that situation. Curious to hear the groups thoughts. That being said I have spent time on both a kitty and a Deathwish and think they are both great skis. I guess my question is which one translates more to their skinny counter part?
I took my PBJs off piste a handful of times in moderate to low snow conditions. Not the best, dove a bit more than expected. These were my first love with moments. Tons of fun and spunk when I wanted them on piste. Still grab them frequently to just for have some fun and ride switch in the Midwest.
Not a direct comparison with the DW at 112, but I feel like they are more intuitive and natural to ski. As you likely know, the DW skivot and break loose without hesitation. I tend to like them a lot more in the trees and I am noticeably able to charge more.

So I haven’t been on either but was pondering the same 2 this summer. I think the mount point tells an interesting story. When going from the wider to the narrower wildcat, the mount point gets closer to center. When going from the wider to narrower deathwish, the mount point moves back. Also, wildcat gets lighter, deathwish stays the same weight. I think this shows moments approach of the two skis. The narrow wildcat went more playful route and the narrow deathwish went more business route. I ended up going dw104 ‘cause I want to drive my narrower skis more than my wider skis. If I spent time in the park, I might think different.

I’ve skied both. I also have a cat 108 and wish 112. I found the 101 to ski somewhat similar to the 108 while the 104 was slightly more different than the 112.
because of that I added the 104 wish as it was more versatile than the 101 and had a larger gap to its larger sibling skiing wise.
All that being said I am now looking to add a 101 to the quiver but I still wouldn’t have chose that first over the wish 104. Just feel the wish 104 offers more as a ski.
