Any thoughts on whether it is looking like it will be a good season around Mürren this year?

Skied the first 1,5h alone, then two guys started following my tracks.
Top was really good. Low, the rain from yesterday was feelable but still ok.

Looks sweet! But no fear skiing that terrain after fresh snow on your own? Are there others around if you get in trouble?

Today was even better. Seriously undergunned. I had problems putting the traverse in.
Not much traffic. Maybe 10 freerider. And most of them gone by eleven. I was cooked by two o clock!

Today was fun...not perfect but fun. And dark. I had forgotten how dark Engelberg is midwinter.

Still not certain. The US boys in the forecast Center -or rather their modek-are vehemently against snow before chrismas.

Euros und most other nations are pro precip. Christmas itself is still very unclear.
