I will say that HandiSanta is pretty amusing.

It IS! Thank you! Some here evidently entirely missed my sentence where I literally said I was not annoyed by any of this, but simply amused. Nobody's triggered. But I mean, comon. When has black Santa in a wheelchair EVER been a thing? This trend is entirely new. Again, amusing, and literally nobody here is offended or anything, but does nobody else find it to be at least a little bit overcompensating by a store being stocked with 100% black Santas and not one white Santa to be found? This overcorrection by corporate dweebs is also amusing.

I'm going to a Christmas party this Saturday at one of my best homey's house (he's quite black). I'll verify if his family's rocking any black wheelchaired Santas at their house. Haha.

heh, yeah. It's sorta like Edward Zwick's costly box office bomb 'Glory.' Few liked the movie when it was first released but then it got nominated for and won a bunch of Oscars. I think this may be one that the courts sort out. Given the prognosis of the disease and the lack of effective treatment I suspect the insurers may be forced to pay for it. The people in states that refused to expand medicaid may be SOL though.
