    Bon Jovi was recording in Vangroovy at Little Mtn Sound when they became Regulars at #5 Orange possibly because they really dug the peelers in the showerstall so they wrote the album name on the glass shower stall door for the cover pict

    I been to #5 but mostly we would drink at a different bar ( forget the name) a couple blocks up the street but actualy owned by the same guy so it would have all the same peelers but i never went to the peeler bar much

    that whole area is the down town eastside, it was pretty grim then but its way worse now

    I was all over Vangroovy fixing a lot of HW both typewriters and then computers but I went narth in 95 so I couldn't go back to the ex-wife and it was a good move, vangroovy is a good place to be from

    I did a peeler bar tour many years ago on trip to Van, hit #5 Orange, marble arch and a couple others. I recall one had zip lines for the pealers, it was pretty fun to have a pealer zip over your table
