Damn, don't know why so many Americans want to be ignorant and pussies. Actually I do know. People fear/hate what they don't know and today fear/hate is a $$$ industry.

Saw a stat that Lumen Field ranked No. 1 of all the NFL stadiums for crime around the area. Took my 13yo grandson to a game for his birthday. We survived somehow.

SF has been like that since I first moved to the area in’88. Tenderloin, Hunters Point, South of Market were always sketchy. I moved in 2003 and nothing had changed.

Plenty of Blue cities are awesome. So are lots of Red rural towns. It seems like arguing our Blue civilization is just as awful as your Red civilization is a bad way to frame it. The city government cut bureaucratic red tape and manged to clean up San Francisco using existing budgets in just a matter of days to prepare for Xi’s visit. Someone should explain why they couldn’t have done it a long time ago. We live in a society and we can make it better.

Why does it have to be so binary and divisive? It's not a sporting event. You don't pick a side and root against the other guy.

If we as a county spent a fraction of the energy on positive change that we do on fingerpointing, we might get somewhere.

Divide and conquer. Be distracted. Be outraged. Aspire to a 800$ a mo car payment, 4000$ a mo mortgage, never pay off a cc, have payments on your 6000$ . lawnmower, boat, snomo etc

The challenges we face are apolitical. That video showed open air fentenayl use and a car jacking. Neither of those is OK by me whether they happen in Aurora or Craig.

As long as we are divided, we are the problem. The politicians and ruling elites go to the same cocktail parties and laugh at us.

Emily Pellegrini has emerged out of nowhere to become a minor sensation on social media.

Bragging 81,000 enthusiastic Instagram followers, the leggy lovely has also snagged earnings of nearly $10,000 in the six weeks she’s been live on a trendy pay-per-view site. Too bad she’s not real:
