I would like to have a pair of 196 wildcats for emergencies and trips to Mammoth.
We are pretty close to spec I’m only 5’8” but have 193 naners and I also ski heav/kirkweed. I have a 306bsl I have never regretted the 193 at either of those places.

Lemme know if you want a demo. The Jeff 118 has pretty much taken then pow ski spot in my quiver as of last season

You should get the 196 and just straighten it out more when the terrain gets tight!

Question for the crew here. I’ve got those GTs on gear swap and the first in line has taken a bit. Is 24 hours enough to move to the next buyer on these or should I give more time?

I had a guy go 48 hours silent but then came around on some bindings recently. I’d say give 1st in line another day.

24 hours with zero contact? If you want to be nice give another 12. If not move on.

I also use the 24hr rule. If you are ready to sell and No payment in 24hrs then it’s back up for grabs.

I think that goes both ways. I will get whatever is sold in the mail and give the buyer a tracking number same day.

Only caveat is if there are some special circumstances that have been discussed.

Going to move on at noon mst. I agree on the seller end too. Only delay I’ve ever had while skipping was not having a box to fit 192 protests. Took me less than 36 hrs to get in the mail though.

I have to sleep on those because if I didn’t, I’d be sleeping somewhere else.

If anyone has regrets about their the 194cm ghost trains, hit a guy up! I'm headed to Japan in January and having regrets about not getting a pair for such a legendary trip.

These are sweet, I think the pink looks better than the black and white of last year

Anyone using Commander 98s as their lower tide ski? Have the Commander 108 and love it as a daily driver, but thinking of the older 98 as a frontside focused all mountain ski. Seems like it would be a great fit in that quiver position.

I have the 98s in this slot. Got them in the middle of a 900 inch winter so they didn't see much "low tide," but were fun the days I did have them out. This season will be a better test. I'm sure the 108s are similar, as long as you like going fast they are a blast.

This is what I use for my daily. Home in the Midwest but get out to the high country 4-6 times a season. Been impressed with their shirt turn radius in narrows, but clearly love when they get some speed going on the open front side.
