This isn’t the best picture but it shows the rocker.

All mounted and ready to go. Except for the 90s. Suggestions for cheap, no frills pin binders very welcome and appreciated.

Yes, I’m looking forward to skiing them. I’m just pointing out that they don’t have any camber and no real flat section underfoot. It’s less noticeable when a ski is placed on a flat surface vs base to base.

I think they ski weird snow well, I even had a dream about skiing them last night. I’m hoping they’re a great complement to my Ravens for spring snow.

BMT94 on the left, BC90 on the right. Much more of a full reverse profile than the super flat BMT.

Will have to see how they compare, I really liked the BMT last spring for all kinds of snow and I was hoping the BC would ski similarly. Click image for larger version.

How about marker Alpinists? I don't see any really good deals right now unfortunately, but I have gotten them for $200 from euro sites and I think they are actually a surprisingly good binding.

Front12s are also compatible with the freeride09 spacer, so with em you'll basically end up with r12s with brakes that are always active with a slight weight penalty. That is my plan at least.

hm, I became a bit unsure about their delta...

I’ve had good experiences picking up items on sale from Sport Conrad. Looks like they have some discounts on bindings now…

Me too, the EUR-NOK is atrocious, though, so shopping within Norway where possible.

I don't need another t shirt but want to support the fundraiser for the bullshit shipping fiasco. Is there a PayPal cash app Venmo that's best? Thx!

Well, I have been trying to figure out if I'm too proud to accept charity, haha. Feel free to shoot me a pm. Thanks for the support. Really appreciate it.

Yo dude! I am just getting my pair dialed in for the coming season too, really enjoyed my turns on them last year. How did you get on with yours? I found mine pretty dang surfy, but nicely versatile too. Stoked to hear your .02!

Hey Marshal. Had a couple good touring days on them at the end of last season. I think the suggested mount point you gave me is spot on. Felt good on steeper skin track and kick turns were not an issue to get them to pivot. Had one day of powder and agree they were plenty surfy and easy to shut down if needed. Didn’t really get a chance to open them up to see what the speed limit is, but felt stable and supportable under foot. The other day out was more challenging as we got a late start and temps were high. Mash potato skiing for sure. In those conditions with the rocker profile I still felt comfortable not getting tripped up. They are very intuitive and if can get on a ski in variable conditions and not think about the ski it’s a good thing. As we had talked about what I was looking for in a new touring ski I think you hit the mark on what I wanted. Appreciate you taking the time to kick around ideas and options. Will give more feedback once I get more days on them.

Dude, love it. Can't wait to get mine on snow again. Super excited for them in early season snow, think they will be A+ there with the pronounced tip rocker and surfy ride.

Also, for those not on the HL email list, here is a design notes I did for the 132 shape last week. Thought some folks here would dig the ideas behind this ski too. I plan to do design notes for most of the skis through the season, so stay tuned as they come out.

Very keen to hear how others who have skied these skis react to the notes as well.

Just made the move back to the Tetons so I’ll be able to do some Teton Pass skiing on these babies, 190 C132’s

Hey Marshall - what happened to the BC110? There was some talk about it on here last winter / spring, but I'm not seeing it on the site.

It appears that he is making the ski specific webpages inactive when they sell out. You can see them all using the wayback machine.

Yes exactly! I just set them to “draft” once a certain model is sold out for the season.

the BC110 is slated to be my own daily BC ski this season, fired up on it

Sounds good! I don't really need any more skis, but the wandering eye does land on those BC110's from time to time.

    Hey Marshal,

I may have missed it, but why did you drop the camber on the BC90? I saw the post on gear swap (not that I am in the market considering I just had another surgery) but was curious if you ever went over the reasoning

Worth noting I was able to squeeze another run of the BC110 for January delivery, and they are back on the site for pre-orders! Same goes for FL113s and a few other skis that had been sold out early!
