Speaking of new developments with problems... Up the hill from where we are, the area of some rather new houses, in a still expanding development at the foot of the Wasatch right near Adams Canyon in Layton/Kaysville, got flooded out when an under-street drainage pipe I guess exceeded capacity and turned into a mid-street gusher. There's some disagreement now about whether the city or developers are responsible for paying to fix everything.

It was a joint key man life insurance policy that business partners get. Names each other as beneficiaries, not the spouses, and certainly not just one spouse.
