Last fam trip coming home we had a short flight, 6 hour layover, 10 hr flight, 3 hour layover and we’re about to board another 10 hour flight home. 30 minutes before boarding there’s an announcement that our rows tv’s will not be working for the flight. I look over and see my 12 yo start to cry. I have to admit I started panicking a little too. Some frantic phone downloading, multiple games of cribbage, and some Xanax w free cocktails made things somewhat bearable (for me at least [emoji38]).

My last flight was on Delta and I was pleasantly surprised with TV screens and a large selection of movies. Watched Deathproof and Godfather 2. So worth it. I'll always spring for Delta in the futures.

Haven’t flown anything different in over 10 years.
You can also log into the Delta app and watch the same movie selection for free on your device if no screens available. And can iMessage for free by logging into their WiFi via the app. Plus a free checked bag with the Delta Amex. Living by a hub it’s a no brainer.

They do have a shitload of movies on there. Plenty of other stuff too, I watched most of a season of Curb on my last flight a couple weeks ago.

It’s all free on most United flights too.
