Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.
What if they called it maga millions?

I agree, if the ones that jumped in for the 3rd round pool expected any money from previous ticket pools, how far back do you go? Do they claim a portion of the $100 sitting out there that most agreed to "buy yourself a dinner or something for Maz's" efforts the last time back in Nov for the Power Ball??
Ok here we are. Gepeto PM'd a bit ago hurry up and send duckets and I'll get an extra tix. Headed down after lunch.

That's a lot of tickets. Any math mags out there? What are our odds, like one in three?
We're at 71 or 72 with gepeto to make it easy since I have a spreadsheet.
But I'd be curious to know from a math nerd about the odds as well. Is it just odds / 71?
It's actually odds * 71. So if the odds for any single ticket are 1 / 300 million or whatever, our odds are 71 / 300 million. But I'm going to keep thinking about one in three, I like those odds better.
Odds are for pessimists.
At $1 billion and 72 of us in, we’re each looking at walking away with $6 million or so after taxes. Give or take a million. Pffft.
We got this.
Calling Toyota dealership now.
This man gets it.
As usual some newsroom has done the crude math: https://www.whio.com/news/trending/h...H3SRNR3K6ZDZE/
Also, reading this list of names is kinda funny. Even funnier if this list gets mentioned somewhere next to the words "winning group from the internet".
Who is New Audi Van![]()
I still call it The Jake.
Looks like with all the various state taxation rules, it may be best to optimize with a complicated trust or LLC and hand out briefcases of cash somewhere in the Caribbean.
We'll need BMills to get a license in CO.
