    Zillow/Redfin Gems

Two different garage door sizes is pretty common. Bunch like that in my hood including right next door.

Had to double check in google street view, whoever built that small retaining wall obviously doesn't believe in building things plumb and level. Or in making a clean-looking curve in their block work.
Triple garage doors are too heavy. It’s the standard height doors with the Christina ricci basom luring fivehead that are the weird bit

Might be kind of a project to make the door any taller.

Original impression was outsourced landscaping but given the crooked retaining wall I'm going with a homeowner who loves yardwork and a small mower shop worth of equipment behind door number three. Probably a commercial line 20 mph zero turn for those two strips of grass, a straight-shaft trimmer with a harness, goggles, ear protection, and lots of waving to the neighbors.

The five head on that garage makes me like it. Tall enough to put in a lift. Name: Screenshot_20220217-081217.jpeg

How does that not result in fluid leaks on the lower car?

Mainly interesting for this: "Raised deck with nearly complete Swim/Spa/Pool below." Looks like the deck is suspended from the I-beams and slides away to uncover the pool. Again, kind of cool, but seems like it's going to be trouble down the road.

I'm deep into tearing out and replacing nearly all of the tile and finish work in a local place. The workmanship is beneath anything I've encountered. I will say, though, that if you're going to tear out 2200sqft of 4 year old tile, it's easier when they put it down directly into plywood with what appears to be a mixture of vacuum cleaner bag contents and thinset.

When I was there for the final visit with the prospective homeowners (who were in the process of offering $1.1M for it), there was literally another real estate agent with her clients knocking on the door.

Check out these gems from the kitchen, and master bath, both of which we've ripped out.

So much going on in the plumbing pic. It could literally be the sales poster for red/blue pex.

Whaaat the absolute fuck. I was thinking it was probably going to go for asking or less. Hard to compete with dumb money.

That "undermount" sink and the waterfall edge on the countertop is just chef kiss. Do you know who did the work?

Unknown, but it was 2 owners ago. Obviously a "looks good from my house" flipper job. Just another $250k or so and it's all going to be pretty decent. The location and outdoor spaces are pretty great, at least.
