    Same lengths as the Mfree108.

110mm waist on the 192 size, skinnier as the length goes down. Slightly wider waist width for more versatility in soft snow conditions at FWT venues.

Sounds like the ski is designed to charge as hard as the current LP105, still very damp and planted but also going to be more fun to ski in tight spots, easier to release when needed, etc due to more progressive shape and rocker profile. Basically trying to bring all the good qualities of the LP105 and the Mfree108 together in one super ski.

I'll have more details in a few weeks. Hopefully can get a pair on snow soon to confirm/deny the hype.
Ohhhhh baby this sounds like a me ski. Can't wait to hear more.

Sounds like what everyone wants. Still bummed they don't do a mid 180s length. While I'm fine with a 192, I know a lot are scared away by the lack of a 186ish length.

Judging by the quiver thread and how long some long skis stick around on the FS board, a lot of people lol. But seriously, man/woman up, and ski big skis!

I really wasn't planning on buying new skis next year, damn it.

No, it is not a replacement for the STH and no it does not ski like complete shit like the Z-toe bindings did (and is not a modern replacement for that either). I still love the STH first and foremost but I am impressed by this binding. I did not feel like it being lighter and lower gave it a weaker feel than an STH, especially with the 16 DIN version still using the same heel piece as the STH. Snow is still low tide in CO and will report back again when more big terrain opens up, but so far I have nothing bad to say about it.

edit to add that the strive uses the warden 13 mounting pattern, and it may actually replace the warden 13 all together since I only saw a warden 11 in the catalogue.
Alright, I'll rescind my earlier judgment pending further review. Maybe this is he answer since they could never make a 16-din warden work.

Still sitting on my thumb waiting for enough snow to start some low country touring.
Alright fine: Rossi is replacing the AllSpeed boot line with the HighSpeed line, dual-injected shell, but they're pumping a poly/carbon goo into the port that fills either side of the foot, essentially making a carbon insert on both sides of the midfoot. So when the clog bellows out as you flex, the carbon loads up and provides additional rebound coming out of the turn. Black Ops line gets split, twins remain Black Ops, directional skis become Sender, not much new to report but there will be a 90mm Sender and some other model I forgot (maybe black ops 10X, can't remember). The current Escaper (soon to be Sender 94) is a pretty damn fun little ski, so the 90mm could be a good narrow all-mountain option for the masses. Women's directional skis all become Rallybird. That's all I know.

These new boots make an appearance in Cody's latest 50 Project video too... possibly protos and/or with some Cody mods (e.g. beefier power strap).

You can also see lots of action from these boots in the Movie "Doo Sar" filmed in April 2021

apparently a new Ranger ski is about to be released by Fischer, and the new Blizzard which is set for release on Monday.

Not exactly shocking news I know as both are marketed to be released soon.

there might be something coming to fit between BMT90 and 109 in the touring range, though I have no idea if it is a similar ski or something altogether new.

All BMTs are freaking great skis imho, but are more expensive to make than ever due to an increase in carbon prices thanks to covid (they have a lot of carbon, what six layers?, unlike a alot touring skis that just run stringers) and have been around for a long time in a segment where everybody is chasing grams and the next best thing.

A shop guy in one of the biggest selling ski shops over here mentioned it this past summer, so I have no idea how accurate it is. I have seen no other mention of it online.

And yes, no park & pipe skis have been launched, but meh - I do not ski either so no care.

I would really like it if they beefed up their narrower freeride skis, especially wrt weight.

I would like a Mantra 85, as the 102 really has me impressed on icy groomers so far this season.

I hear the Deacon skis are pretty good, but they don't match my steeze

A new Ranger ski!?! Or are they overhauling the lineup? The Ranger 102 is damn near perfect but a few tweaks could be made to make it even better. I can also see them fucking it up by making it light and softening the flex though….

Yep, that 191cm Ranger 102 is a great ski. How about something like that in a 117?

I have no idea, but I would not get too worked up here seeing as every single freeride ski they sell is named Ranger.

The R102 is from what I gather selling better than ever and getting near universal praise (other than for their tunes), so I would be somewhat surprised if they massively changed it or dropped it for a new ski.

New Nordica Unleashed 108 in 191 cm. Looks quite interesting, similar to M-Free 108, though.

Saw a prototype 4frnt yesterday. It looked like a ski. Didnt take a photo. Probably a new renegade based off the hoji lock. Looked like it had higher tips and tails. You’re welcome.
