Looks like a wind turbine generator pulled into place by the winch on the front of the two extensions. Kind of a cool idea, I wonder if they let it spin while driving in that position?

Easy to bitch about the cost of storage vessels but you'd better believe it'll be worth it when you're sitting in a really remote McDonald's parking lot crushing some fries without having to fumble around with those stupid little ketchup packets.
