Are you guys talking about the trials for children? Because the original phase 2 trial happened on its own, following phase 1, also on its own. Here's the results for moderna's phase 2 (Pfizer info is out there, too):

I was talking about the original adult trials. My memory failed me. Pfizer combined phase I and II. Moderna's phase II looked at 2 doses. Ultimately they went with the higher dose 100 mcg, while Pfizer went with 30. Perhaps this is why Moderna seems to be doing better than Pfizer now. My basic point is the same--were it not for the pandemic both companies would likely have carried their trials out farther and at different doses before asking for a full approval rather than an EUA.

Okay, if you read the whole text, he said all but one of the 141 people hospitalized were unvaccinated. 42 of the ICU hospitalizations were unvaccinated and 1 was partially vaccinated. Reading is fundamental.

Heres the call-out. And you're 100% wrong. There is no indication in the article the vax status of the other 98 patients. He originally misspoke and said all 141 were actually vaccinated, which would look horrible is true, but corrected himself.

I agreed the doc made a flub and I was on the same side, still am, as you, but you wanna be a dick? Trust me you ain't beating a native nyer at being a dick.
