Antivaxxers should have to wait in line behind other illnesses, injuries and the few vaccinated covid cases when they get covid.
If someone else needs their vent, their bed, their nurse? Discharge them.
Or maybe they could set up hospital tents in the parking lot and the antivaxxer nurses can care for the antivaxxers.

This shit is fucking people up.
[The surf instructor posted about his Christian faith online, wondering in a November 2020 Facebook post whether “there is a type of Great American Renaissance following the years of Covid, censorship, and political divisiveness... that will empower each person’s heart to come alive and explode with innovative ideas, new business models, new music sounds and never seen ways to build an amazing community?”
Just a month earlier, Coleman had celebrated the birth of the couple’s youngest child, Roxy Rain, in an Instagram post.
“While waiting for her to come, I kept feeling this sense that she was going to be born at a very pivotal time in history and that she would represent a dawn, or even awakening, to years of great blessing for our family and nation,” he wrote. “Another picture that came to me was of God reaching down into a river bed and picking up a small stone (rock), examining it intently. Just as David had done before slaying Goliath, God examined the stone and was confident that it was just the perfect one for the battle. Although it was small, smooth and somewhat harmless looking, he knew that it would become great when placed into the palm of a skilled hand. My declaration over Roxy Rain is that she has been hand picked by God to slay the giants in the land.”]
I know people who get Covid then vaccinated had the most robust response. What about people who were vaxxed then got Covid? I can’t seem to find anything. Can’t wait for my kids to be able to get vaxxed. At that point I feel like I’ll be able to relax.
My wife got moderna when she was 6 months pregnant. We felt the benefit out weighed the risk. No issues, maybe the baby even got a little bit of immunity https://healthblog.uofmhealth.org/wo...tects-newborns

Or you could suggest she ask her doctor. Then another if she wants a second opinion. Then she could see what the CDC is recommending.
Really. People spend a lot of years learning so they can understand this shit way better than us.
Covid poses more risk to mama/baby than the vaccine. No reasonable other way to mitigate covid risk? Vaccine.
Duh.
Not sure what your asking.
I agree about relaxing once all the kids are vaxed, <sigh>.
I really like what LAUSD is planning to do, frequent testing all that enter campuses regardless of vax status. Surveillance testing, that also helps surveillance of the larger community.
My wife's hospital is now over capacity as of today. They are also very short staffed. Most surgeries are being cancelled, definitely none that require staying overnight.
Most covid patients are unvaccinated but the vaccinated portion they do have are all Pfizer and j&j shots..
She's also hearing a fair amount of chatter throughout her nationwide health system that the amount of sick and mostly unvaccinated kids and young adults coming into the hospitals is catching everyone off guard. Many are shocked.
One can only imagine how bad Delta would have been prior to vaccinations, particularly with older adults so this is better than that, but still the most young and sick they've seen in their careers.
Can only imagine what India went through

Earlier on the numbers seemed to indicate that pregnant women were at less risk but pregnant women are also young and at least healthy enough to get pregnant. Change to delta and that's not so protective.
So, my neighbors across the street are cool. Mom is Canadian, dad is originally Jamaican but lives in Florida and just moved up here. They have 2 teenage boys. Dad and the boys went down to Florida to visit family a few weeks ago. Dunno about vaccine status. So down there they've got 5 "kids" (24 and under, so not little kids), the dad, dad's sister, and dad's grandma all sharing a home. They all get COVID.
Grandma has died (she's considered elderly), kids were sick but seem to be recovering, dad's in the hospital, and I can't remember where the sister is (I think she's in the hospital too). Last time the mom spoke with anyone, one of the kids was at Wal Mart buying oxygen (?). Yeah she's just as confused as me. Anyway this is a terrible situation for everyone - but Florida is fine and it's just the flu, right?
^^^This is the kind of attitude you get in a country founded by criminals…

Is there any data re: which vaccine is letting through more breakthrough cases?
Waning protection with mRNA vaccines against Delta. Story is evolving, but it might be as low as 50% after 6 months.

Edit to add: Protection here is against infection and not severe disease

Posting for the shear stupidity not because he's a Trump supporter.
Hear why Trump supporter says he won't get the vaccine
