    Well that sounds very nice!

It actually is my new Friday! I’ll most likely be up for a bit tomorrow, as well.

Either Woodsmans or Cease & Desist (can dream, can’t I?)
You should have been here yesterday!

Very meh today - especially compared to what others nearby received. Cold and windy (shocker) - any new snow was pretty wind affected and grabby.

Woke up at 6am and saw 2 on the stake. Went back to bed. Currently laying here pondering when to head up, think I'll go tomorrow instead.

Agreed. In the Mood on 8 was pretty fun though.

Since the steeps only ever ski awesome the very first day they're open and A-bowl and Zoom opened a day or so ago, this checks out.

The older I get, the faster I was.

    Punch it, Chewie.

    Damn he seems cool.

I've had runs where the steeps ski BAD.

Like two runs. Ever. Out of.... I dunno, thousands of laps?

I have found however that my tolerance for skiing on not snow is much higher than most.

Windy today, but at least it was cold and none of the lifts (except 2) turned.

I guess there was a wind hold this morning, because when I got there around 2 the place was EMPTY. Legit felt like a private mountain. Riding 4 and 8 with 10 open chairs in front and behind me. 4 headwall had maybe 3 tracks on it. Oh yeah - and the snow was pretty damn good too.

That’s it, I’ll join you. If Patrol won’t do it, let’s rebel.

    Loveland tomorrow?

Slow-rolling this morning, but hope to make it by crack o’ 11. All blue marmot costume with red zippers, green clown shoes. Say hi.

Winds gusts hit 75 around noon at the top of 8, that shut almost everything down and folks left. Once the hold was lifted and the sun peeked out it was great.
Still cold and windy, but yea, that's that. I think I left at 2.

I was at the top of the Poma @ Snowmass (12.5k) around noon and it was hardly blowing at all.
