Not the kind of machine I was thinking of, but I just checked that thread. If you have any extra stickers, lemme know.

    Fill under "people are stupid"

    Nighttime Uphill.

We have temporarily suspended uphill travel from the hours of 4pm – 1am. We are working to redevelop an after hours uphill plan and make sure everyone stays safe and doesn’t interfere with mountain operations.

Voile Vector Love! Those look sick. These are pretty much the only (not totally nordork) skis i've been using this year. Good year for Mont Royal thank Ullr

Hitting a Melon zone long after the early crowd, had to go for bushy side pow.

Toboggan hill was primo as well

Keeping it leather, keeping it local, and def can't complain

Thanks for the stoke all, and vibes going out wrt the tragedy on the rock pile. Sounds like an EC legend.

Looks beautiful up in VT and all of New England. Hope all is enjoying. Skiing in PA is getting old quickly but the teaching of youngins keeps it fun. All the stoke has been great and thank you

I need to get phone out more for some action shots, but hate to stop. Good tour around the west and east sides of black mountain Thursday. Starting next Thursday BMOM will spin lifts on Thursdays for $25. Following week is vacation week and full ticket prices at $45. One less day of having the place to ourselves, but hopefully helps the mountain through the year. Ticket sales are up, but food and beverage is way down. http://www.skiblackmountain.org/

File this under this is why we can’t have nice things. Apparently there are too many drunk and disorderly’s at Stratton, and the state pull’d their license to sell beer in a can. SMH.

For those that think it's only worth hitting Magic on a pow day, you're really missing out on the best conditions in a decade here. Skied trees and bumps all day. Skied things faster than I'm comfortable with (normally) because the danger of hitting things is way down. Sure, Red Line is thrashed, but the woods...

I wish I could have stuck around for some more of that goodness, but I had a previous engagement to kick some XC in Stowe in the afternoon.

Edson Hill Inn is certainly a fancy pants operation with mid afternoon grooming of their nordic trails (although we saw only 2 others and the trails were already pristine). The newish owners are clearly making upgrades.

Any ECRC TeleDaddies interested in these Atomic TeleDaddy's? 173cm 123/99/115 R=28. Rocker is over rated, look at that camber!

Condition is pretty minty. Mounted once for a small Fritschi which I stripped off for the Mrs.

I can deliver for a handoff or fleaflicker at Saddleback or da'Loaf on the regular.

Laps has dibs until he doesn't.

Well done gents, looks like an incredible zone.

Cat and Boreas as usual, great stoke also! Looks like the building cycle continues for the next 10 days +, just pack your artic gear and bring a partner(s), temps are not going to conducive for solo adventures in the near term.

Dragged a pow surfer for even more fun...and of course beer.
Love some Hok/Marquette BC nighttime adventures.

For a season stuck in PA we’ve had some great conditions more often than not. Alpine, Nordic, and Hok/Mqt BC bushwhacking. Have only ridden my mtb once this year so far

For those of you tiring of those endless pow shots from Vermont, please enjoy this shot of Cataract Glade at Sunapee.

Today did not suck, well at least not until the crowds showed up. Still got in a lot of great runs. Couple shots of a non mag friend. Click image for larger version.

Oof...I won't post pics of one of the off-the-map glades at Magic yesterday. It will be featured in an upcoming add as Stefan from Red Vault was in there filming DoWork and Jeff with a G. Let's just say that it looks more like what Laps and Peruvian have been posting.

Any beta on Cannon and Wildcat? In final stages of planning my trip to NH and if they look like Sunapee, I'll just stay at Magic and save my Indy Pass days until later.

A friend says Wildcat is 100% in, and the pics of Cannon I’ve seen on another friends FB look damn good. Their only complaint is about the lines, but that seems unavoidable on weekends this year.

I definitely need to venture a little further away somewhere...!

    When is the NH trip?

That Sunapee pic looks like the bush woods 5 weeks ago, lol [sorry].
I guess the quarantine is over, busiest day of the season at teh bush, usually Super Bowl weekend is quiet.

After an evening of roaring wind it is calm and 13º bob with a layer of warm air at 2500'.

Smelly AT turn farming looks like fun.

If anyone is looking for something to do, this looks good

In classic Yogi Berra fashion, everybody is skiing this weekend to avoid the Presidents weekend crowds .

Parking on Mt Ellen access road on a non holiday, non dump day is a bit much.
