There's this really good cheese shop in the next town over and they have these chips, which I feel this guy is a bit restrained on, because they rock. Also they're from New Brunswick, not Nova Scotia, but hey Canada eh?

It's kinda difficult to tell which flavor is which from looking at them and it doesn't matter, they're all really good and it makes things interesting.

Barry's top 20 of 20. Something for everyone!

I buy a bag of dots and it's gone in 2 days. Such a filthy habit. But I'm unabashed in my love for msg and dots give me my fix in a nice portable format. Half a bag of dots and a couple liters of water is enough fuel for me to rally hard all day.

Great channel, ha. I haven't heard of any of those brands but Hawaiian and Paqui. Coincidently I had some of his top 20 Paqui earlier today. I like their other flavors that are a step down heat-wise like Chile Limón better. This one is a novelty chip because it's hottttt and it's not even their hottest one.

This thread brings the (abdomen) spread.

And . . . Utz is still in the game

But butter bread and chips is a sandwich? Wtf?

So don't eat it. Seems like something to try some time, maybe, to me.

Amazing. My grandma taught me about adding plain chips to a sandwich, which I highly recommend, but it was a sandwich with everything not just chips. I have never thought of just butter bread and chips. Seems like a gluttonous rabbit hole I really need to avoid.

It's entertaining to see someone going all-out on a YouTube idea that's super niche and not popular at all. He has hundreds of videos in a little over one year, with very few views, but he is still committed to the cause. God bless him. He is a chip master, I have much to learn from him.

I mean this guy IS chips. And he's willing to explore all the diverse corners of chipness. Estonia? Yes. Indonesia? Bring 'em. Russia? Da.

I also have much to learn from Barry. Hell we all do.

Yeah. Not saying chips on a sandwich isn’t good.

But butter on bread, with chips? I’ll have to investigate further

Not sure about bread, butter and chips on a sandwich, but I will say bread and butter pickle chips are delicious on a sandwich.

Mashed potato sandwich with gravy is carbolicious!

Chips is likely the same but with a lot more chokey bits

Guy is a pro. He coulda done his first entire year of videos with only blue collar chip flavors like Lays, Cheetos, Ruffles etc but he went worldwide from the start. Either he has done this YouTube thing before, or, what I hope is the truth, he is doing this a total chip addict who realized he could write off any ridiculous chip purchase if he started a YT channel as a biz. Genius.

Obviously he has some skills with the whole youtubie business side of things but that just helps him deliver the news, and he does.

And I'm sure you're right about him doing it to be able write off chip-related expenses. The second it came to him must have been epic. "WAIT! If I start a Youtube channel on chips..."

Great chips. Made in the town with the longest covered bridge in the world. That’s your mildly interesting fact for the day.

Getting back to pretzels, I sure love those msg laced Dot's. I also buy them because North Dakotans could use something to be proud of.

Dot's are too dense for my taste. A pretzel (IMO) shouldn't have any oil in the ingredients as theirs do. A pretzel is meant to be dry, crunchy and airy.

You have to put chips in a chicken salad sandwich. That's the law.

I believe the "actual" law states "you have to put plain chips in your egg salad sandwich". Sorry. The confusion could lay in the fact that the law I have quoted is a "physical" law (like the law of gravity) as opposed to a construct made in your hick county (like no beer sales after 930pm). There's a big difference.

    Chip butty.

Sandwich of white bread and thick cut french fries (chips) butter liberally.

Add salt, vinegar and ketchup to taste.

Precisely, the statement MTM made was bullshit. We covered this. The pretzels I linked to are $3.38 per bag including shipping to your door. That's right in line with the going rate for snack foods.
