It’s happening. The prophecy. GS suddenly blowing up with tele stuff too. It’s some weird backward time machine to a future where telemark might make more sense than it didn’t a week ago.

    Using this...

Adapter plate mounts to ski and dynafit toe piece mounts to it. Hardwires hook on to the barrels...

I don’t know if he’s making them anymore...

Balance weight to the other end of the scale... cleaning up some leftover ski bench projects and mounted up the baby Super-G skis tonight after pulling the old, beat Derbyflex last year. I think Dad turn season is approaching it’s end.

True story...I've been in to 3 different bootfitters in SoVT and they all know his footbeds. PJ will tell you the truth...like the time I took in some too small Scarpas and he said, "I can get your foot into those but you aren't going to want to tour in them." Sold them.

His sometimes assistant JP is the son of good friends of ours here at Magic. Small world here in VT.

A sweet -5º bob -15º summit with a strong NW wind and an inch of crisp dry fressshhhh overnight. I am with Fussy and agree Purl blue and some black to finish would be the best choice, if I was going out today.

First Chickadee arriving for crushed peanuts this AM had a layer of frost on its feathers , the Spiny woodpeckers have been very vocal at the suet block today, which I kept in to keep it from freezing.

C'mon. It's not THAT cold out. Ambient temps are above 0f at many locations and even with the windchill, many spots are tolerable.

I'm not sure I'd want to ride an exposed chairlift up to a windy summit, but some nordic loops in the trees or even earning turns wouldn't be that bad today.

Dress warm, cover exposed skin, and be safe if you are heading out.

Got out before work this morning to take advantage of the 6-8 inches overnight. Some nice wind drifts in the woods and the sun even started peeking out, hoping the temps will keep the crowds minimal this weekend

I with you. Let the tourists get frostbite and blown away by -20 wind chills.

I'm about quality of ski days lately, not quantity.

Gore was brutally cold, but the skiing was good

Rumor did open right around when you left. It was chalky, but I like it that way. Was really night to get on something steep this season finally

Of all people, you know the healing power of a cup of hot soup on a cold day.

    Ridge, that looks wonderful.

Anyone looking for a touring rig? Two for sale. Trying to avoid shipping them.

Us tourons have to get it when we can and can't be so picky. Man up.
