For the bigger kid. Tecnica Cochise 110, second generation, 26.5, skied allot and a small amount of slop in the main pivots. Honestly can’t notice it skiing. Brand new never skied liner. Free for shipping. Easy a season left in them.

Both are Giro XS/S. Green one says 49-52cm, Pink doesn’t have measurements. Also have a pink POCito around somewhere but can’t find it.

I'm looking for a ski setup for a 15mo boy. Would you parents suggest boots/bindings at this age or just the strap on skis? I'm also interested in the gear if you're holding. Thanks!

Strap ons with warm soft boots make for better days on the hill (or in the yard) at that age, IMO. They just need to figure out how to stand up and get used to those big long things on their feet.

    Also, f you, HAD! [/nostalgia]
    focus.

x2 for strap on skis. Ski boots are tough at that age but YMMV

+3, go for the strapon and rock the backyard (sounds like like a swinger party I went to the in 80s)...
My boys (12 & 15) seldom if ever cross their skis as we did a lot of "dry land" training...

I had mine in step ons at 15mo. Mostly chilling in yard or at base. He was just as likely to want to slid in the snow on his belly. We did go up the bunny lift a few times and sled down with him between my legs in a harness. But you basically need to hold them up and just ski.

Next season the kid should have big enough feet to fit into the smallest boots and enough leg strength to slide and turn. It takes a while to get enough strength to stop.

Have my 18 month old in the smallest boots and bindings. She’s doing well can ski on a leash down the magic carpet run. Her older sister did nothing in strap on skis until I put her in real boots and skis at just gone 2 and immediately could ski on a leash.

Here’s the little 18 month old today!

I have two pairs of skis with bindings; 80cm and 90 cm. Photos below. How does $45 for the 80s and $50 for the 90s sound? I am in Central VT, willing to hand off in person or ship.

Also have a mix of smaller kid clothes listed out in a much older post still available.
