Another size check post... my No. 2 grom is tall but skinny 7 y.o. At 52" and 55lb in his third year, do y'all think a 119cm ski will play? I think it's at the long end, but they're his sister's newish Volkl Steps & they have twin tips & rocker, so I think they pivot pretty easily. Hoping to avoid buying 110s....

Unless he's new to skiing, I think 119 is perfect. My kiddo is almost 10 but the same height, maybe even slightly shorter, and she's on 120s and 129s.

Right on thanks. It's his third year, but he's confident. Not sure where the height is coming from, I'm 5-10, so I want to get him out skiing at this age before we end up spending all winter on the basketball court.

Similar dimensions to my 7 year old daughter
She has skied for 5 years
She is on 121 Moment Carson’s. We had a pair of 110 Blizzard Cochise and the effective edge of the Carson’s was the same. She skied the Carson’s last year and will probably switch mid year to a 136 Carson. Twin tips will ski shorter.

Is there anyone in the front range that needs a Chariot? We scored it off a friend who just wanted it out of her garage where it sat for a few years, so we are cleaning it up and reselling it for Christmas money (which we don't really have otherwise, we broke). So unfortunately I can't pass on the deal we got it for, and for that reason debated even posting about it here. But I know these can be expensive and hard items to find cheap, and I can offer it for our "lowest price" that we'd accept from craigslist. So I won't be posting a for sale thread in gear swap but thought I would at least mention it in this little corner of gear swap. I apologize that I can't sell it here for less.

It's an older Cougar 1, with the ski attachment, jogging attachment, and bike attachment (but missing one piece for the bike attachment that we can discuss). We'll be listing for somewhere in the 350 range, probably, but will sell to a mag for 275. Don't have pics yet, I'll be cleaning it up and taking pics tomorrow. Let me know if interested.
