Sorry, I forgot to mention the liquid. I add cold water to your preferred consistency, cranberry juice (raw) sometimes too. Oh, and I freeze my bags of kale because I like a cold smoothie and it just keeps that way. I’ll sometimes peel and freeze the bananas too.

    My bad.

You should all rot in the same blender you find your crap in. Absolutely disgusting vile shit is being spewed on the TRG's and no one seems to care. What has the internet come to?

Back in the salt mines today. It's a bit of a mess, but life is good otherwise. Yesterday, I received news that a good friend died in a car wreck, and despite that downer; I'm doing pretty well.

The storms are stacking up in the west, which should make for some great base building. The 'rona has skiing in doubt and yet, I remain optimistic. The reservation systems are sure to be fucked, but it will still ok.

It's going to be alright. Be good to each other.

I was just reminded that Costco sells a frozen bagged version of what I make (chopped kale, berries and banana) in a bag. Dump that in the Vitamix and some cold water and you're good to go. I know you can't do the chia so maybe just a bag of that mix and some of that Super Greens powder from Whole Foods (antioxidant, probiotic and omega powder) and you're good to go. I feel like it fixes all the damage I do to my insides every weekend on Monday morning.

    Probably.

    Happy Monday Campers!

I found frozen kale in a grocery store and am going wth that. I made something reasonable today. This time it was bright green, which was an improvement. Adding red berries and not enough water makes it look like, well, interesting is an understatement. Remember kids, if you mix all the colors it turns brown. Until I get my next thyroid numbers, I am going with every other day on the kale. Blueberries on the in between days. I think I got this.

No whole foods in my area.

I don't do probiotics. They are bad for you. My wife had some kind of weird heart beat thingy that went away when she stopped taking them.

Good morning, everyone. 22 degrees with some snow flurries here. Think I'll fire up the woodstove.

No breakfast smoothies here yet, just some coffee.

sitting in the parking lot listening to Kyuss getting psyched for work got major level shit todo. I have to prep our RnD tool for a robotics demo by pulling the existing robot from the offload station. I should have that done quick. Then robo company sales eng says he will have it mounted, powered up, taught to all stations and running under our PLC in 24 hrs then we have it for a month to see how much we can crank it up to increase throughput and make more $$$$. Im his huckleberry to make it work and love this kinda stuff fuckyeah!!! /nerd

Will check back tomorrow to see if I pulled an allnighter //antijinx\\

Still don't. We have a good morning thread thread.
