The "N" protein Derek talks about is the nucleocapsid phosphoprotien in the visualization which is colored light orange and on the right side of the graph. You can see while the most TCell reactivity is in the surface glycoprotien (the spike), there is TCell reactivity lots of places, including the second biggest "minigene" in the N protein.
Great work. Thanks for the links.

Florida Republican state lawmaker Rep. Anthony Sabatini, who has filed numerous lawsuits to prevent mask mandates in his state, told CNN's Brianna Keilar that his state is doing “just fine” despite data showing Florida is a hotspot for coronavirus.

He is not concerned about case numbers rising - only hospital admissions and fatalities - and based on these numbers he says Florida is doing great. And he would not wear a mask in a grocery store.

The Nazis almost did succeed. According to my Grandad, someone lighting a cigarette, and giving away the repair fields for the RAF during the battle of. So thank my Grandad for not lighting that cigarette that night while you guys were squabbling over stupid shit.

I went to FL for a week, cause I’m broke and it was free. Kept my space, wore a mask. *cough*cough*

Can’t say the same about the Floridians.

The only number that really matters are hospital admissions. He’s a dumbass for not wearing a mask.

Did Brianna grill her CNN coworker on violating quarantine and his wife’s batshit crazy Covid Cures? I’m guessing not.

thats what has happened up here in the treeplanting industry is that with covid protocol not only is nobody getting covid in the camps they arent getting sick at all whereas in years past there would be a couple of people sick with cold or flu at any given time

Camp Crud (tm) - IME rolled thru large wildfire camps with regularity. It’ll be interesting to see how this season pans out.

Stop and think about 60,000 new case per day. That's a decent sized city worth of new cases every single day. This is Grand Junction, Colorado every day. This is Utica, New York every day. How can anyone look at this data and say everything is copacetic?

I'm so right there with you. Stick a fork in me, I'm done. I'm done with our federal government. I'm done with dumbshit assholes who think this is all a big liberal lie. I'm done with with this bottle of Pinot and need to open another (my alcohol consumption has gone up noteable).

Hang in there, KQ. I know I fling shit at your posts a fair amount, but this place wouldn't be the same without you.

Tell me about it. I've never been a day drinker and have in recent years really lost interest in drinking due to the death of my best friend from alcohol (plus many other friends who haven't died but are totally gin soaked) but lately... I've had thoughts. When that happens I go all Moonstruck on myself .....

then I take a low dose gummie and I feel better.

Check out VICE TVs coronavirus reports. Looks like Trump is taking his cues on controlling data from Cambodia and Brazil, two countries with some seriously fucked up leaders.

KQ, you been slappin' the shit out of yourself? Easy, gurl...

Cheers, I'm on my second. Probably should find a glass.

I did 6 weeks without booze or coffee starting in April/May sometime. Then eased back into it. I have to buy more beer or the 12% bombers in the basement start to look too tempting. And that's no good for solo drinkingClick image for larger version.
