    Bootpacks can be pretty, too.

Now that I've climbed it, I'm a little scared to ski it bootpack.

The pack is fat and snow quality on most aspects superb. My poor wife has put a four year timeline on AK. There’s no way I can leave this.

enjoy this year. next year will probably be back to depth hoar and breakable crust. if you can afford to stick around there is probably going to be some great opportunity in the near future.

^^Awesome pics in here. Sure am grateful our local hill is still allowing uphill access for mellow after-work excursions.

Panoramic skinner stoke with UT's two main bodies of water (not counting the unnatural Lake Foul). Gotta zoom in a bit to see the Great Salt Lake to the N:

I did not ski April pow or access this place from a closed, developed trailhead.

Could be a few different places, Warspite was the only photo I had labelled after several days in the area. Just threw that name on there when moving the file.

Looks like you had great timing. Kind of familiar. Thought you might know. That 25km from engadine to warspite holds a lot of very good accesible skiing

Wow. It is really hard to get images on here. Almost not worth it. You never know when they will be sideways, or in this case upside down

Open the image and edit just slightly (tiny crop), resave upright, and that usually works. Looks nice and snowy there... Little Belts? EDIT: Okay it took me like four tries to get those things upright, wtf?
