Shit not that it matters this far down the list but I'll hop in too. Been hunting for a used pair for quite a while.

    - Leave it as it is?

Mine are up there. I put Radical 2.0 on them. I switched to Hoji Pro Tours and needed a dynafit binding to use them. These have inserts for alpine bindings but when I am traveling to ski, I generally only bring one set of boots, a lightweight touring set up, and my SGs. Thus, this set up.

IDK that 138s should be included on that list at 4lbs. SG and Spurs gotta be closing in on 6lbs right? I used them for touring for a while and liked / loved that ski.

Yep. Type Supergoat into search function on webpage. It'll bring up custom builder sheet.

Can be custom ordered in the custom ski builder.

Would need 18-24 preorders to really consider a dedicated run.
Seriously, this can’t turn into yet another ON3P thread....

Finally, a good day out with a variety of conditions to put the SG through its paces.

Conditions: 5” of recycled pow over pretty firm boilerplate.

    First thoughts: Fall line detectors!!

Haha, what a hoot of a day on them. 2nd run I aired a little hit about 8 feet onto a transition that broke away downhill. Ended up a bit in the back (cuz these things can carry much more speed) and boy they just trucked down the fall line. I was able to veer right and get over the tips but I made note of that.

Next we went out to an area that is a bit more open with maybe 10” or so that was a little set up but still plenty soft. Usually I’d start off making some squiggles and then open it up on the second half of the run but the SG was like FALL LINE!! So I obliged. At this point I was still skiing from the midfoot which is more the sweet spot on the BG, but I found they were a much more powerful ski and did not like that as much.

As the day went on got bolder with them and really started pressuring the forefoot and slowly started to add a bit of cuff pressure. I am not an ex-racer so this is not as intuitive for me but as I did this the SG came alive. They murder recycled snow even better than the BG.

Later we poked a few runs through some tighter trees, we are still pretty low tide so the biggest hurdle is making controlled turns around the tops of trees/6” dongers that were poking out of the pack but the SG would pivot plenty and it was easy to goat around through the thick coverage. Very reminiscent of the BG and not much is lost here from the original design.

Last few runs the snow was scraped clean from the merge points and the boilerplate emerged. Similar to the BG they were tough to engage on the blue ice, but fuck they are 118 underfoot so I am okay with this compromise.

I’m stoked. These gently urged me to ski faster and attack the fall line. They remind you when you have crossed the line between neutral and back seat and allow you to get forward.

I will likely daily drive all year as I know this ski will make me a better skier and I welcome it!!

Hats off Iggy, you did it again.

Side note: bring the lower tail rocker to the BG.. it’s fucking amazing!

Still one of the most fun you can have in snow. Flew out to ride Meadows for a big day last month then hit A Bay afterwards.
