hi y'all. Long time no post...So long that when I went to log in, it auto-logged me in as PowTzu (that random alias was me)...can't believe I remembered the PW to this account.
And long time no ski, I've been living in Denmark (just north of Copenhagen) for the past year and a half. Moved here when I half-jokingly raised my hand at an "interesting moment" within my company, and boom, 4 months later, we put our house in Folsom up for rent and became ex-pats.
Planned on being here just a year. (July 18 to July 19)...but we love it here and plan on staying 'til the end of 2020...then headed back to Folsom. So trying to explore as much as possible and take it all in while here.
Iceman - if you see this, that story you mentioned a few pages back about Wizard jumping out of the car going down a wrong way street....I was in that car too. I was there for work and met up with him, Acostiga, I think Vinz and someone else...man that was a long time ago...but yeah, jumped out at fairly high speed, appeared uninjured (ha) and ran into the darkness. Shit, that was a long time ago. I think I got a few PM's from him at some point after that, but never heard from since.
Life is good. Skiing will always be there....I'm sure I'll return to it at some point. Cycling (MTB, 'cross, everything) has kind of become my substitute for skiing these days and I guess InstaGram has become my posting outlet.
Danish is one hell of a hard language to try and learn and Danish aquavit (schnapps) is terrible.Waste your time, read my crap, at:
