I like the books idea, will check out some of the suggestions. The books would be some more bonding time with the little ones. They also elected to not reveal the sex(es) of the little ones so the idea of waiting for them to be born has merits unless it is something every baby needs like pacifiers etc.
Other thing (and really depends on the Mom and if planning on breast feeding, etc., is a bottle of her favorite alcohol for when she can go back to drinking after being off the stuff for so long..

Tennis bracelets are lovely if that's her thing. I have a diamond one but a birthstone would be nice too. Mine is emerald so that would be a bit pricey plus emeralds are susceptible to chipping and cracking so not the best choice if you plan to wear it everyday. You can also get a combo diamond/birthstone bracelet where the birthstone is larger and in the center or alternating every other stone or groups of stones throughout the bracelet like this: Originally Posted by ICantLogIn
