But in all honesty, when i did move up here 4 years ago from the bay area the real estate prices were a HUGE plus. I would have never had a chance to buy anything had i stayed put. Its a whole nother level of expensive real estate down there. Yes, i realize i am part of the problem haha.

I'm now a "God Damn Motherfucking" transplant from Washington, driving up the price of real estate with my out of state money, etc etc etc. I have a new car, nice skis and a fat savings account. Going to be fun to be a tourist again, skiing all the locals POW and stuff, on my brand new dental equipment.
